Some customers have feedback that our products will not connect when they connect to IOS via Wireless,please Remember the connection method,

because the Wireless connection 4.0 is different from normal Wireless when connect IOS

1.Open the Wireless first(But please do not connect the product to the Wireless page of your phone,this way is wrong)

2.Open the software(like AUTO Doctor)

3.Choose "Extras"，then click "Connectivity "，choose"Wireless"，and click "Device",choose "Viecar BLE"

4.Connect Wireless in the "Connectivity "，then close the software/refresh software,open software again,then connect to the car again

Please notice:there don't need connect Wireless in Wireless list, you can connect Wireless in the program.

Step:

1. Download the"Auto doctor"

2. Open the Wireless,do not need connect in the Wireless list

3.Enter the 'Auto Doctor",choose "Extras",

4. then click "Connectivity",choose "Wireless",and click "Device",choose "Viecar BLE",

5.Return to the home page，click the icon on the upper right corner

6.Wait for about ten seconds,it cannot connect successfully. You can try again
