Product features

The material is made of butyl gum and natural rubber. The product is flexible, not easy to age, hard, and good air tightness is guaranteed.

The structure is composed of a nylon wire core and self-walled for good quality and good wear resistance.

Product process:

The process is vulcanized by heated oil to make for soft, easy replacement.
This is to be better fitted with the tire so it won't be easy to fall off after use.

Method of use:

1. Draw out the sharp objects in the punctured parts of the tire.
2. Insert the tire into Kong Zhui crevasse hole. Press counter-clockwise to enter and clockwise to exit, two consecutive breaches and the entire Kong Zhui in tire (so that the needle comes with strip insert smoothly).
3. Use "glue needle cone" to put on the tape (if the gap is large, can be used in two applications), so that the length of the tape is equal to each other;
4. Pull out the whole cone, and insert the needle in the rubber strip with force. When the tape is left about 1cm, the needle will rotate twice and then pull out, leaving the glue stick on the tire;
5. Cut off or cut out the remaining vulcanization strip at 5mm on the tire surface, and then use it after inflation.
