1.ETS Reset –Evaluate the Electronic Throttle Body System , monitor the close-circuit current and voltage, and activate reset after disassembly, replacement or cleaning throttle body.
2.Oil Lamp Reset –Perform reset for the Engine Oil Life system, which calculates an optimal oil life change interval depending on the vehicle driving conditions and climate.
3.SAS Reset –perform calibration for the Steering Angle Sensor, which permanently stores the current steering wheel position as the straight-ahead position in the sensor EEPROM.

Thinkscan S99 operation steps video

1. Connect the computer and the S99 with a USB cable. After the power is turned on, the S99 page will have the SN and activation code, and record it.

2. Download and install Thinkscan Update Tool from the official website. After installation, the desktop shortcut file Thinkscan Update Tool will be automatically generated.
3. Insert the TF card into the card reader and then insert it into the computer, open the Thinkscan Update Tool, select the TF card connection method, enter the SN - click Device Upgrade - enter the activation code - click OK.

4. Select 1 model software for free, such as Porsche: Porsche, after selecting 1 model software, it will automatically carry 5 reset services by default. [At this time there is already 1 model software + 5 reset services] - click to download.

5. After downloading, click the folder in the TF card to check whether the software has been downloaded. If the download is confirmed, insert the TF card into Thinkscan S99.

6. The most important step: connect the USB cable to the computer and Thinkscan S99, wait for the progress bar on the Thinkscan S99 screen to load automatically. After the update is completed, unplug the Thinkscan S99, then plug it into the car OBDII interface, and use it normally after turning on the engine.
