 1:install the horn to the iron part of the truck 

 2:use the positive line to connect the relay +

With one line Only:

 1:install the horn to the iron part of the truck

 2:the negative line of the relay link to the relay  box with the truck metal boday together

The place where the iron is placed must be energized well.
