Version V1.99 cannot be downloaded or updated. Only Flash update type 3 V1.7. If you change V1.99 to V1.45 or other version, it can't blink and you can only return it for repair.

Opcom features:
 
1 the diagnostic interface is based on the USB port, so there will be NO compatibility issues, with serial to USB converters.
2 Communication speed over USB-BUS is enough to handle the impressive speed of high-speed CAN-BUS systems which is currently 500kbps. This is the main reason why only the interface based on the USB port is available for CAN-BUS.
3 Compared to TECH2, which is the reseller tool (+ CANdi interface with 32MB card), OP-COM price is quite affordable.

2 the program allows you to read and clean error codes, shows you live data, allows you to perform exit tests

3.The program supports many control units such as engine, automatic transmission, ABS, airbag, engine cooling module, instrument cluster, electronic climate control, UniT body control, just to give a few examples.

4 since O pel uses many pins on the OBD connector, the diagnostic interface works as a multiplexer, and selects the appropriate pin for communication.

6 you can print, save or copy the error codes in any other application. From the error code window, you can go directly to the measurement block window.
7 the program shows the measurement block information in many control modules, you can choose anything from the list by yourself.
8. The program is capable of displaying 8 measurement block parameters simultaneously. The sample rate mainly depends on the communication protocol. For example, older system, like Omega-B X 25 DT motor (ISO-9141-2) can be very slow, during communication, while new Multec, or B-osch units are faster (using KWP- 2000), and the new CAN based control units are very fast!
You can also perform output tests on many controllers.
