They are made of the same material as swirl flaps and suction manifold

PA66 polyamide is a range of modified variants of construction materials in the form of granulated product, intended for the manufacture of products using the injection method. The variants reinforced in 35% with fiberglass (GF35) are intended for the manufacture of products with increased mechanical resistance and stiffness, especially in the automotive industry for the manufacture of machine parts.
The use of material causes the lack of heat accumulation phenomenon and differences in thermal expansion between the suction manifold and plugs- as is in the case of aluminum plugs.

Operating temperature range: from-25 to 230 degrees of Celsius 

Thanks to fluorine content, viton sealings are characterized by non-flammability. They are distinguished by thermal and chemical resistance.

Operating temperature range of viton sealings: from -25 to 200 degrees of Celsius, while short-term viton sealings can withstand a temperature up to 230 degrees of Celsius.
