• On half throttle, the recycled exhaust-gas is just used to cool down the temperature in the cylinder, and produce more power with less throttle losses. A nice side effect is to better the emissions, but it's not the real purpose for invention.

Installation Steps:

• 1. Find intake manifold in engine bay.
• 2. Loosen 2 bolts which hold EGR valve.
• 3. Remove EGR valve to install plate.
