• Worldwide Shipping. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)

• Please pay for your order,Then we ship out all of the goods according to the order at once

• We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address Must Match your Shipping address.

• It normally take 10-25 working days to US EU countries; 20-60 days to rest of the world.

• If you do not receive your parcel after 45 days, please contact us and we will check with our agent. If you do not receive after 60(Brazil-90) days, we will issue refund to you.

• Please check items when delivered, if damaged, please kindly accept it and contact us immediately.  We will make a confirmation and resend you a new one.

• You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date received. If the item is in your possession more than 7 days, it will be considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUEA REFUND OR REPLACEMENT to you.

• All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
