ATTENTION

1. After payment , officematics takes around 12-48hs to confirm the fund channel safe. Once approved, parcel will be shipped out within 48hours.

2. Sometimes we may change express company for you according your address for fast delivery, pls understand.

3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. So confirm your Order Address MUST MATCH your Shipping Address( full delivery address with contact phone number). Russian customer friends need to supply your FULL name for the contact name on the parcel.

4. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

5. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.

6. We will declare $30 by default on the invoice for your parcel to help you avoid the customs duties as much as possible. If you have a better way to avoid that, you can contact us, we will cooperate with you.
