Normally you will receive the items you purchased in 3~7 days since the delivery date if they are sent via the express companies like DHL, TNT, FEDEX, UPS etc. And the delivery time is 7~15 days via EMS.

It will spend 10~30 days to most countries if they are sent via post, occasionally it’s longer. 

We will update the tracking number for all parcels once they are sent off, you may track online.

* The tax, duty, VAT and any import charges in your country are not included in our price, you will be responsible for them in case they are incurred. We normally mark the value on the customs declaration with the exact amount of real order, please state in your order when you place it if you have any special requirement.

Return & Refund:

We will refund you for any reason for the items you purchased in 14 days since you receive them, buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the items. The returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including accessories, gifts and packages. Payment will be refunded once the returned items are received by us and all costs related with purchase and shipping are settled.

Declaration for the chromatic aberration of the colored products and packages

The color of real products and packages may looks a little different comparing to the pictures we present on the store due to shooting quality may be not good enough or chromatic aberration phenomena presented on different computer monitor.
