Manual For Pixel Repair Kits
1. Open the cluster and remove the needle carefully. Also must with some specific tools to remove the needle.
2. Remove the old flat connector (ribbons) carefully. And use alcohol to clear the area of the LCD and PCB then the connector will be pasted on.
3. Stick the LCD side first. After you fixed, use our specific IRON (T-IRON) to press the flat connector. Don't press for a long time at it. About 10 seconds is OK.
4. Stick the other side of ribbon to the PCB, and then press it with the T-IRON. Make sure all of the connector is ok.
5. Power on the cluster, entry the Test Mode to see if 100% connect well with it. If there is any problem with it, press the connector again with T-IRON.
6. Reinstall the cluster.
Standard condition
1.  Temperature: 200℃-250℃
2. Pressure:  2.5-3.0 kg
3.  The operation must be carried out on glass.
